That cool fall breeze with the spicy sun on your face. It's Saturday. Tajín, citrus, celery seed, and cilantro is your starting lineup. Clamato or beer, you're on deck. Ready, set, infuse.

Instructions:

1. Add 12 ounces of Clamato or tomato juice.
   For a blood Mary: Add 12 ounces of vodka.
2. Refrigerate for 3 days.
3. Shake, strain, and serve over ice. For the Michelada, add 1-2 ounces of your favorite beer. For a Bloody Mary, add 1-2 ounces of Bloody Mary mix.

Makes 8-10 servings. Use within 1 year. Once mixed, use within 30 days and keep refrigerated.
